Friday, October 11: All Aboard!

  • 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Central time – Registration
  • 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Central time – Reception

Saturday, October 12:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Central time – Registration
  • 8:00 a.m. Central time – 1st Timers meeting
  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Central time – Sales Room (please no raffles, per Indiana gaming law)
  • 9:00 a.m. Central time – Business meeting
  • 12:00 p.m. Central time – Luncheon and guest speaker
  • 2:00 p.m. Central time – Business meeting
  • 6:30 p.m. Central time – Cash bar and receiving line
  • 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Central time – Banquet, cash bar and entertainment. DJ Steve Zana of Let the Good Times Roll will be bringing the party with hits from across the decades. Steve is also the morning host on Indiana 105.5 FM The Dawn Patrol. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

A block of hotel rooms has been secured at a convention rate of $89/night. UPDATE: the room rate is now $79/night. Please call Michigan City Inn directly to reserve your hotel room at (219) 814-4088. Please mention that you are booking for the Phi Beta Psi convention to receive the convention rate.

If you have mobility issues, please request a room on the 1st floor, as the hotel has no elevator. UPDATE: All 1st floor two-queen rooms have been reserved. There are still a couple of rooms with one king bed available on the first floor. There are rooms at the adjacent Comfort Inn available for any additional guests with mobility issues. The convention rate for the Comfort Inn is $120/night.

The deadline for booking your room at the convention rate is September 30, 2019.

The Comfort Inn is a three-story inn with a guest elevator. If you stay at Comfort Inn & Suites, you will need to walk outside to the Michigan City Inn next door for the meetings and events.

Trick-or-Treat on our spooky trail and enjoy crafts/games! Food and beverages available for purchase to enjoy around the bonfire! This is a family-friendly event. Tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the event.

Hesston Steam Museum Ghost Train
Oct. 12th, 9 AM – 5 PM

Breakfast and museum campus open at 9 AM. Trains roll starting at noon. Closes at 5 PM. https://hesston.org/hgt-event
